If you are a registered member, you can select enterprises on this website and add them to a list. You can send the enterprise(s) selected a request by email, for instance for a quotation or a question. Registering for a member user account is completely free.
How can I select multiple enterprises?
Visit the page “Search and Filter” and use the filter (like the categories) to find the enterprise(s) you are looking for. Click on the heart-shaped icon in the right top of the enterprise you want to add to your selection. The heart-shaped icon will turn darker (filled) for a while and will be selected. When you now visit the page “Contact selected enterprises“, the enterprise will be in the list.
How do I send my selection an email?
When you see your selected enterprises on the “Contact selected enterprises” page, scroll down and fill out the form. Please enter your name, your email address and the questions you want to ask, like asking for a quotation. After this, click on the “Submit” button and wait until you see a message that your request has been sent.
How many enterprises can I select?
You can select up to 4 enterprises to send an email with just 1 click. If you want less enterprises you can delete enterprises from the list using the small round button “-” beneath each enterprise listed. After this, please wait until the page reloads.
De-select enterprises from your list
How can I de-select enterprises from my list? Visit the “Contact selected enterprises” page, and see beneath each listed enterprise, a little round button “-“. When you click on it that selected enterprise will be deleted from the selection. Please wait until the page is reloaded again. It can occur that you have to click this button a second time. This is due to time-outs.
After sending the emails
What happens after sending email to selected enterprises? When your email has been successfully send to the selected enterprise, the page will reload and will bring you to the “Thank You” confirmation page. You will receive a copy of your email in your own email inbox with the list of enterprises you had selected. From that moment it’s up to the enterprise(s) if and when they reply.
Emails in BCC format
The separate emails to enterprises are send in a BCC format. That means that each company receives the email as it was written for them. They will not be notified if there are other enterprises involved and this can not be traced from the received email.
